The consultation with the director here takes longer than the consultation with the doctor. The director, who only has a shallow understanding of noses, talks for a long time, then the busy-looking doctor consults briefly, and then the director talks for a long time again. So I don't trust it. I went with high expectations, so I was a bit disappointed.
