I really liked that the explanation was professional because the doctor was an otolaryngology specialist. But the waiting time was way too long, and they seemed so busy that I didn’t really have time to ask things properly. Moreover, it was the first clinic I went to, so I didn’t even manage to organize my questions, which I regret.
