I visited because they said they specialize in noses. The staff member was kind, but because they kept saying that since it's a closed rhinoplasty there would almost never be inflammation or complications, I actually got more worried. The actual time with the director wasn't long, and they only briefly explained the direction of the surgery. There was almost no explanation about aftercare, and they kept emphasizing that it would probably almost never happen, so I don't think I'll have the surgery.
