Manager consultation 20 minutes -> doctor consultation 5 minutes -> manager consultation 10 minutes The manager does most of the consultation. What I like is when the doctor handles all of the consultation, and the manager only shows before-and-after photos, explains the price, and answers the personal questions I ask. At this place, the manager keeps saying things like I need silicone inserted or keeps bringing up surgical details. Of course, they probably know a lot, but later on, if the doctor and the manager say different things, the patient is the one who suffers. Since I talk more with the manager than with the doctor, that gap in information makes me really anxious. When I talked with the doctor, they answered everything I asked, but they seemed really busy.
