They say it’s a non-open procedure. Since this is an ENT specialist clinic, functional rhinoplasty is 2 million won + bulbous nose surgery 9 million won... I wasn’t looking for a high bridge or an overly flashy nose, so I was a bit surprised that they said I’d need autologous costal cartilage ㄷㄷ It felt like they briefed me on my nose and then hurried off to take care of other things.
