The hospital facilities were clean and nice, and everyone was kind, but the staff and the manager lacked professionalism noticeably. They would just look at the price list, punch numbers into a calculator, and come into the consultation with the doctor, but they kept staring at the floor. I wondered whether they actually understood surgery any better than other places, and the lack of accuracy in their explanations lowered my trust. The doctor was quiet and kind, and lower eyelid fat repositioning and fat grafting
