Overall, the director gave off a dad-like vibe, so I relaxed a lot from the very first consultation. His tone was comfortable, and he didn’t push things too much, so he feels fairly trustworthy. That said, personally, because this was a case with some surgical difficulty, I felt he was the kind of person who thinks it over several times rather than moving ahead right away. For people who want to decide quickly, it might feel a little frustrating. The manager seemed a bit intimidating at first glance, so that was slightly 부담... but when I asked questions, she answered each one well and explained things in detail. Overall, the atmosphere was not bad, and I think it’s a place worth consulting if you’re seriously considering surgery. I’m considering surgery.
