The consultation manager(s) were extremely kind. I put down the reservation deposit right after the consultation, and they said it would be refundable minus 10% if I canceled. They suggested using autologous costal cartilage, silicone, and ear cartilage, and since this was a revision surgery, I had no resistance to autologous rib cartilage. They printed the side-profile photos and drew the nose shape directly on them for me. I did feel a little disappointed that they did not show many before-and-after photos during the consultation, but they spoke with so much confidence that I trust them. The consultation with the director was also thorough. I like another place too, so I am still deciding where to do it T_T
