First of all, the wait is incredibly long. I had an appointment at 3, but I couldn't get seen until 4, so I went to another place I had booked first, and then they said I couldn't consult with the doctor I had originally booked, Doctor A.. so I had to see another doctor. It really is known for non-incisional surgery, and sure enough, while three other hospitals all recommended incision, this place was the only one that recommended non-incision. When I asked if there was no need for upper epicanthoplasty, they said upper epicanthoplasty isn't even a thing, and that if you mess with the inner corner of the eye for no reason, the impression can become even harsher, so it would actually be better to make the line a little thicker and do a non-incisional semi-out without epicanthoplasty. The price is fairly reasonable. But the front desk staff talk way too much. They gossip among themselves, they're loud, and they're unfriendly. This part really needs to be fixed.
