The desk atmosphere is really bad. Compared with other clinics, there are a lot of staff at the front desk. Everyone was sitting down, but one staff member seemed not to have a seat and kept standing. I also had a consultation with Director Cha, and at other places they said front canthoplasty was not recommended, but here they said it was essential. The line they drew was the one I wanted. The director was extremely kind, but the consultation manager was not kind, and the staff member who asked me to fill out paperwork when I came in was kind (the one who kept standing), but the rest of the staff were not.
