The doctor was very proud of the closed technique and was kind and calm. The consultation also made sense and was persuasive, but since I had had several procedures in a short period and my skin on my severely stressed nose was insufficient, I couldn't take a chance on trying to account for everything with a non-incisional method. The manager seemed to have a world of her own and a lot of pride in being a manager.
