I found out about it through a recommendation from someone I knew and got a consultation. The consultation was easy to understand, so communication with the doctor went well. They didn't force anything unnecessary from the start and instead went over what was needed one by one according to my concerns, so communication was good. Since it's a one-doctor clinic, maybe that's why the way they took responsibility left a strong impression. It was one of the places I felt I could look forward to if I were to have surgery.
