I went there for my first consultation, and first the manager wrote down what I wanted to ask, then I had the consultation with the director. It was a little uncomfortable that the manager joined the consultation too. I wanted to talk one-on-one with the doctor... And they explained the structural limitations, so I could feel that they do surgery conservatively. They also showed me before-and-after photos, but I did not like them. There was a discount if I booked on the same day, and that part felt a bit pushy. They seem like they would do a careful job, but there may not be a big change.
