They were extremely kind and explained everything in detail, which I really appreciated. Because the previous hospital had done the surgery in such a strange way, I was very worried and did not really know what the problem was, but the director checked everything carefully one by one and explained in an easy-to-understand way what the current problem was and why those symptoms had appeared.
