The director was very kind and gave a detailed consultation. I went there after being referred, and they try to design things first in a way that matches the image the customer is aiming for. I didn't have any particular requests, so in cases like mine they seem to design it so it comes out naturally. If the director has a very strong personal style, there are cases where the customer's needs don't get reflected well, but here they give enough consultation on design, so
