I had a consultation for rhinoplasty with alar base narrowing, non-incisional. I was interested because I heard non-incisional surgery has a faster recovery. The director had a good impression and consulted kindly. They also compared it with Photoshop, which was nice. It was good to be able to see side-view before-and-after comparison shots, but it was disappointing that I could not see front-view comparison shots. I wanted a natural nose, so I chose non-incisional rather than open surgery, and because I have rhinitis, I was considering functional nose surgery and the nasal tip cartilage
