They were kind during the consultation and they did virtual plastic surgery with adjustments right away, which helped clear up my questions. And even when I did not understand something, if I kept asking, they kept answering and were very kind. They gave me the decision of choosing between open surgery and closed surgery, but since I did not know much, that part was hard to choose. Still, among the three famous places I went to for consultations, this was the one where communication flowed best and the conversation moved back and forth
