I got 300 shots of Ulthera. They said my cheeks wouldn’t get hollow, but I ended up with sunken cheeks. The staff talked over my head the whole time during the procedure, which was uncomfortable. The design also felt factory-like, with no detailed consultation. I guess the price is so low that this is the kind of thing you have to accept. Other people seem to do it under sedation, but I had it without sedation. The people who do it under sedation seemed less well-managed, so I think I did well to go without sedation. They did try to upsell other procedures, but I just decided to get Ulthera only.
