I had toning on my underarms and arms and legs in other areas, and I also had hair removal on my underarms. Compared with hair removal I had elsewhere, the hair seems to grow back a bit less. Over time it still gets thick again, lol, it was only a difference in speed. I think the toning machine is the same for all areas. You wear glasses and get light shone on you with a tingling device. But the doctor-to-doctor variation is really extreme: some ask about the intensity and do it carefully, while others just brush over it roughly and finish quickly, so
