The staff weren’t exactly rude, but they felt a bit aloof The consultation manager skipped over a lot of the explanation and didn’t listen to the other person. They just kept talking about their own thoughts and the conversation didn’t go anywhere. I have a long nose, but they said I needed to lower the tip and make a straight nose, which made me go, huh? but the doctor said that because it’s a long nose, the tip needs to be raised. The two of them were saying different things haha.. The doctor seemed busy, and had a very mechanical, bothered? kind of vibe. For a first surgery, they recommended costal cartilage and functional nose surgery, so I didn’t go here.
