The same thing that other people who had surgery mentioned happened to me too, so I'm looking around again. My main complaint is that the nose itself got longer. From a small, cute nose, it became long and the tip dropped, and I could see that as soon as the bandage came off, but they kept saying it was just swelling, so I waited and am now looking into revision.
