The Instagram reviews were pretty, and a friend had revision surgery there, so I went to that place. The director explained things very carefully and kindly. As soon as I went in, they took a CT almost right away, then I had a consultation with the manager. The manager consultation didn't really involve much; I just wrote down the nose shape I wanted on the chart, waited 10 to 15 minutes, and then the director came in. As soon as they came in, they immediately knew why I was there and started the consultation. They explained why my nose currently looks long together with the midface, how the silicone is positioned, why it's bent, and why the inside of the nose is so dry
