I had nose surgery with ear cartilage and silicone 7 years ago, but it ended up so low that nobody even knows I had anything done.... Having no obvious surgery look and looking natural is of course nice, but for the amount of money I spent, there was literally not a single visible change, and I wasn’t happy with the tip or the columella, so every time I looked in the mirror I only thought I wanted a nose revision. This time I did a lot of research and went to Top Face for a consultation. The manager was pretty and seemed quiet? but she spoke gently and did a good job with the consultation, and I kind of vented while talking.
