I have a short nose, so what bothered me most was that my nostrils show from the front and that I had a dorsal hump. I wanted something glamorous yet natural, and I didn’t want an implant, so from the first surgery I used autologous costal cartilage. The bridge and tip contour definitely feel different, and the hump was smoothed out cleanly. The line came out exactly as I wanted, straight but not too high, so I’m very satisfied every time I look in the mirror these days. I had heard a lot that noses are risky, so I was really scared it might be ruined, but thankfully it succeeded on the first try, and my nose anxiety is finally gone T_T
