There were a lot of comments saying this was a factory-style hospital, so I had originally ruled it out, but it was a hospital where a lot of people around me had surgery, so I visited just in case. I went at my appointment time, but the consultation ahead of me took a long time so I waited quite a while. There were many staff members, but it seemed like only one person was handling consultations. They shaped the line well and explained the surgery method, though I understood it only a little less. After the consultation with the manager, I met with the doctor, and he explained things in even more detail than I expected
