I had revision surgery after an infection a long time ago, and when you get surgery from someone who is good at it, you really understand what people mean when they say there is no swelling or bruising. They did not force the bridge higher, so when I was still unhappy with the tip, they said to wait until the nose softened more and then do only the tip again a few years later, so I had just the tip redone two years ago. Everyone says it looks so natural that they do not realize I had nose surgery and think it is just a naturally pretty nose. If you want a noticeable, trendy style with costal cartilage, it probably would not suit your taste much. They operated on me in a way that could be called natural beauty, so personally I am extremely satisfied.
