First I got a CT scan and then had the consultation, and I still think they would do it professionally, safely, and naturally. They kept touching my nose this way and that and explained what it would feel like. He did speak casually here and there, but it did not feel rude. My mom, though, said it was frustrating because they did not clearly say exactly how the surgery would be done. The manager explained the surgery process and recovery incredibly well, like he was the one going to operate. But the consultation fee was way too expensive..
