They did a good job explaining how the result would turn out in a plain and calm way while looking at my forehead. The problem is, I came to reduce a wide forehead and M-shaped hairline, but they said improving the M-shape was almost impossible and that they could only lower the hairline as it is. I got it done elsewhere now, and with forehead reduction they cleared the M-shape really well. It became a completely clean line. I don’t fully understand it, but maybe they were expecting forehead reduction plus a future hair transplant along the hairline, so for now I’m just leaving my forehead
