I had arm liposuction at a hospital that said they would not over-aspirate and would remove fat safely, and that recovery would be faster and less painful with stem cells, so I trusted them and had the surgery !! I had three areas done: arms + accessory breast + scapula, and now it has been 6 months. One arm is lumpy, and one side of the accessory breast still has less fat removed. The director said they would do a touch-up !! From the front it looks like a lot was taken out, but from the back it still feels like the bulge is there, so this time during the touch-up
