I wrote it five times, but it wouldn't register because of an error, so I'm exhausted. I originally wrote a long praise, but I'll keep it brief... My nose tip was already high, so it was a turned-up nose. After the nose surgery, it got even worse. The ridiculous combo of a turned-up nose + pinched nose + pug nose style made me look like only nostrils were visible when you looked at my face. Shit... Since they said for revision I'd need to lower the tip, I went around from place to place until I found a hospital that could lower only the nostrils, and that's where I came. It is one week after surgery
