The manager was very kind and answered my questions well. When I said I was thinking about using no implant, she seemed confident, saying the hospital does that a lot. I plan to use septal cartilage and autologous costal cartilage for the material. The aesthetics are decent. I want to correct the hump and improve it naturally, and the photos and review photos they showed seemed to show good improvement with a pretty line.
