I did well with my first nose surgery and lived fine, but as time passed the tip kept sagging more and more, and the side profile stress eventually led me to seek revision surgery T_T The director looked inside my nose and pinpointed the cause exactly: the existing cartilage support couldn't hold up and had weakened.
