This was the third clinic I went to while looking for a way to get rid of my bulbous nose and wide nostrils, but the consultation was so good that I was practically spellbound and left a deposit lol. As soon as they looked at my nose, they pointed out exactly that the cause was the shape of the cartilage, and they realistically suggested a line that would make it look naturally slimmer. When I said I also wanted nostril reduction, they told me that if you reduce it too much, it becomes a pinched nose, and calmed down my greed lol. I
