I happened to learn about Jestar through a thread, became interested through the posts, and booked a consultation. About a week before the appointment? They called. They asked when I was planning to have surgery and said they called because February was almost fully booked;. They called the day before the appointment to check whether there were any schedule changes, and again on the day itself to ask if I was on my way, so they were very thorough with confirmation calls. I got lost on the way and was 10 minutes late. There were many people waiting, and I had a brief consultation with the director first. After waiting 50 minutes, I was able to meet the doctor. They measured my eyes precisely and helped decide how to set the line. When I asked why my crease had loosened, they said I was the kind of eye that does not form a double eyelid crease well. They said the line needed to be lowered, but I did not hear how they would lower it. I asked about the lateral canthoplasty because it seemed a bit attached, and they said it was not necessary. They said if I wanted the lower canthoplasty, I could do it, but why bother? They only talked about the surgeries that were actually needed. If it had been my first surgery, I got the feeling they would be careful and thorough. I talked for about 10 minutes, then waited around 30 minutes to hear the estimate. Since it was a revision surgery, there was no event discount, but there was a same-day discount. They do surgery under sedation, but there is no anesthesiologist. Consultation fee: 10,000 won
