I remember the hospital being very large and having a huge number of people, and the doctor in charge looked tired because of that. The surgery was done to fit my needs. But after some time passed, the line did feel a bit different from what I had intended. The difference was so small that it is not a major problem. It is just a matter of personal preference; the surgery itself actually turned out very naturally. I liked that the doctor spoke realistically. What I remember more is that the person doing the consultation at the time kept speaking in a condescending way. I still do not understand why they did that. Still, the other staff members were kind, as I remember.
