I visited because I heard Director Yoon had moved. From the first floor, there were many moves between floors. My 3 p.m. appointment had a long wait. The lobby staff were kind, but everyone else only seemed formally polite, so I did not really feel that they were friendly. There were many customers, more than at the other place, and many of them were foreigners too. I waited more than 40 minutes, almost an hour. The consultation with the coordinator was also short here. Since the wait was long, they apologized in between. The doctor's consultation was short too. Consultation
