I went for a nose surgery consultation, and although I had never done anything to my nose before, they touched it and asked whether I had felt any foreign-body sensation and what I had done to it. They also recommended quick zygoma reduction plus fat grafting for the cheekbone area, even though I had not been thinking about it, saying it would be much better if I did it.
