I went for a consultation about lowering the nostrils. One side would be 200, both sides 250. They seem to be speaking realistically rather than predicting a dramatic result. They said that one side would definitely have a clear effect, but the other side was too retracted and the skin was too thin, so the effect would not show dramatically. However, they could not promise exactly how much of an effect there would be, and said we would have to see how much it lifts over time. I want to go for something a bit more certain
