Both the head doctor and the manager felt like they explained only what was necessary, point by point. They also seemed a little busy... and looked like they had no room to breathe, so I don't think I could ask everything comfortably. There are quite a few people around me who had surgery here and did well, so I went for a consultation, but... as a consultation, it didn't really leave a strong impression on me... Rather than giving very detailed explanations, the doctor explained it in the sense of, "We'll lift it like this and do it like this."
