I went for a revision nose surgery consultation around 2020, and it was my first time having a consultation without a doctor. I guess they said the doctor had a surgery schedule or something, so I only consulted with the consultation manager;; Even though I didn’t just walk in randomly, I went by appointment;; I was very dumbfounded. It felt like a Hong Chul team without Hong Chul.
