It was my first surgery and they quoted 11 million won. The consultant said that if you do the septum, it will definitely collapse later, absolutely, and strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. It felt like I was being gaslit into autologous costal cartilage.. They seemed knowledgeable, but I was shocked by the outrageous price
