The consultant said that if you do the septum, it will definitely collapse later, absolutely, and strongly recommended autologous costal cartilage. It felt like I was being gaslit into autologous costal cartilage..ㅋㅋ They seemed knowledgeable, but I was shocked by the outrageous price ㅜㅋㅋㅋㅋ
