They only use autologous costal cartilage here, and the doctor has an ideal nose shape that he wants. The goal is to get as close as possible to that shape, not necessarily 100%, but around 70 or 80 percent. It was my first surgery and I really hate an overly flashy nose, but if you use autologous costal cartilage, there’s a high chance it will look flashy, so I passed. The price is also really expensive But the aftercare lasts forever, and even later on if you want to slightly change the nose line, that kind of aftercare is possible, so I think it would suit people who want a flashy nose. The manager is also fairly kind.
