First of all, I'm not sure if the staff were kind or not, because I only met them for a very short time.. But kindness and a doctor's skill are separate, so I'll pass. I gave it a lot of points because I couldn't really find any very bad reviews, and when I went for a consultation I only met women in their 50s and 60s from Apgujeong. So I thought, ah, YouTube is just a minority and the rest is word of mouth. (In Apgujeong there are a lot of older hospitals than in Gangnam, so the facilities are a bit worse and it's more built on real word of mouth from well-off ladies.. I was looking for a hospital
