Both the manager and the director were kind. But the manager tends to push reservations a little. Rather than saying "do this" from the start, they try to match the materials and such as much as possible. The consultation with the doctor was satisfying. The photo editing at the end to show a side profile was nice too.. and so was the explanation about the septal cartilage.. However, deciding during surgery whether to use donated rib cartilage was a slight negative point for me. The doctor said it was because they wanted to decide after checking the cartilage condition, but I felt like they slightly wanted to use rib cartilage. And the fact that the sedation anesthesia cost is separate is a bit.. The consultation was detailed and good, but I do not want to use rib cartilage, so I am holding off.
