The consultation with the director was friendly overall, and he explained things in a way that was easy for the patient to understand, so I could listen without feeling burdened. As he looked at my nose, he explained the problem areas and the surgical method step by step, which built trust. Even though I asked a lot of questions, he answered each one sincerely, and it did not feel like he was pushing surgery on me. He pointed out the realistic aspects of my nose clearly, which made me trust him. Although it was a consultation for nose surgery, he did not recommend any additional procedures or treatments, which was nice because it did not feel commercial, just the necessary information. I am still before the surgery stage, but if someone is considering nose surgery or just wants to start with a consultation, I think this is a hospital worth visiting without pressure. Through the consultation, I gained trust, so I am planning to have the nose surgery here in the near future.
