The wait was a bit long, but when I went in for the consultation, the director was really kind. The energy was the highest of any director I've met so far. They recommended only what was necessary and told me to try solving with a procedure first for areas that could be handled that way. Hearing that bone once cut can't be undone helped me solidify which areas I wanted to have surgery on. I was a little surprised that, unlike in other reviews, the manager was there too. Overall, I liked it
