I had non-incision double eyelid surgery when I graduated middle school, but over time it loosened and came undone. If I were to do it again, I wanted a clearly defined out-fold, so after consulting the doctor, I wanted to do an incision if my eyes were suitable for it. The doctor said non-incision would be enough, but since it had come undone once before, I said I still wanted incision, and because he said eye correction and epicanthoplasty were not necessary, I also had a secondary canthoplasty at the same time. It has been about 6 months since the surgery, and I was honestly a little worried that the incision line might look too artificial, but doctors with good reviews really are different. Even though it was an incision, it looks so natural, and the secondary canthoplasty healed so naturally too that the current line and length are just right. I think I should have done it sooner. The doctor is very kind and nice. He seems to have a lot of experience, and I almost did my nose at the same time, but since I had done the eyes first, I plan to consult with him about the nose next year too. I think it's better to leave everything to one doctor, and I am satisfied both with my current eye shape and with having found a good doctor.
