I liked that they recommended only the procedures I actually needed. I originally planned to do paranasal implant surgery, but they said it was not a surgery I would be satisfied with, so they did fat grafting and under-eye fat repositioning instead. After the surgery, the pain was mild, and the swelling and bruising seemed to go down quickly. Since it was not overfilled, I think I may need an additional graft in the second round. The manager was also kind and explained things without any pushy recommendations or sales tactics. The surgery took about an hour, and they included one swelling-care treatment as a complimentary service. If the results are good after a month, I may consider other procedures or surgeries.
