There was no wait at all, and I was able to be seen a little earlier than my original appointment time. The director only said exactly what needed to be said and had a kind of cool, reserved vibe? I did not feel rude treatment at all. They explained that to match the amount of iris exposure, my current eyes are like this because something is wrong, so surgery should be done in this direction. They even drew a diagram while explaining, and I could feel the professionalism. The consultation took about 10 minutes, so it felt compact and to the point. After that I talked with the manager, and they just told me the price. Neither especially friendly nor unfriendly, just an office-worker tone. I did not think it was bad. It was hard to get a consultation slot, but if you are thinking about revision surgery, I think it would be good to go.
