I had natural adhesion surgery and it turned out fine. No side effects or anything, and the line is neat. The wait during consultation was a bit long, and the doctor was kind, but I got the impression he was a little busy. Still, on the surgery day, they did enough design work before going in. I liked that they didn't recommend all sorts of things and only talked about what was truly necessary. Overall, I'm satisfied.
